Perry, son of the former NFL defensive back by the same name, was an all-around standout in the Monarchs’ 42-13 victory over Long Beach Poly in the Division I semifinals. He caught seven passes for 178 yards and two touchdowns. On defense, he had an interception and helped Mater Dei hold standout Ken-yon Rambo to one reception.
