Justice Is Robbed in Purse-Snatching Incident

WASHINGTON — Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg’s purse was snatched while she was out walking with her husband and daughter, but she was not injured, police said Friday.
Ginsburg, 63, and her family were walking near the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts when a man ran by and snatched her purse Thursday night, said District of Columbia Police Det. J.C. Stamps.
Her purse contained a small amount of cash, credit cards and keys, he said.
