Savanna Moves Evans to Varsity Boys’ Coach
Terry Evans has been promoted to varsity boys’ basketball coach at Savanna High, boys’ Athletic Director Tom Voigt said Friday.
Evans, who coached the junior varsity team last season, replaces Jim Perez, who resigned after one season because of scheduling conflicts. Savanna was 4-21, 1-9 in the Orange League last season.
