Thank you for the article on Michelle Fierro (“Clear Notions of the Abstract,†by Kristine McKenna, Oct. 6). She is an insightful, exciting painter.
As the dutiful daughter of a former journalist named Charley who tirelessly fought for the correct spelling of his name, I must point out that John Steinbeck’s novel is “Travels With Charley,†not Charlie.
