Camarillo 31, Simi Valley 19--Joe Borchard completed 14 of 27 passes for 259 yards and two touchdowns as the Scorpions (4-2, 3-0) remained undefeated in league play.
Mike Anger caught seven of Borchard’s passes for 105 yards, including touchdown passes of 32 and 14 yards.
The Pioneers (2-4, 0-3) took a 6-0 lead in the first quarter on field goals of 42 and 26 yards by John Gonzalez, but Camarillo scored touchdowns on its next two possessions.
Simi Valley quarterback David Krewson completed 15 of 26 passes for 244 yards.
