Three people were booked into County Jail Thursday on drug and other charges following a two-month investigation by the Ventura County Sheriff’s Department and the FBI into street-level narcotics sales at an apartment complex in Thousand Oaks, authorities said.

At 11:20 a.m. authorities served search warrants at two apartments in the 800 block of Warwick Avenue. One of the warrants regarded the sale of cocaine and resulted in the arrests of 23-year-old Felix Roberto Quinta and 32-year-old Irwin Flota, both of Thousand Oaks, according to Sheriff’s Sgt. Curt Rothschiller.

After serving a separate warrant in a nearby apartment, authorities arrested 20-year-old Pedro Alejandro Tello of Thousand Oaks on suspicion of possession of marijuana and possession of a cellular phone with no serial number, Rothschiller said. Tello was booked on $500 bail, and later released, according to a jail spokeswoman.

Quinta and Flota remained in jail Thursday night. Each were booked on one felony count of selling cocaine, authorities said. The amount was small, but authorities said alleged sales of the drug increased their charge to a felony. Bail for each was set at $20,000.

Four search warrants have been served at the complex in the past two months. The investigation is continuing and more arrests are expected, Rothschiller said.
