General Automation Adds Unit
IRVINE — General Automation Inc. said it has acquired Liberty Integration Software, a Vancouver, Canada, developer of software. Terms were not disclosed.
Under the deal, Liberty Integration will retain its name and operate as a unit of General Automation.
