Dita Signs Japanese Distributor
SAN CLEMENTE — Dita Inc. signed a contract with Max Division Inc., a Japanese street wear and action sports distributor, to distribute Dita’s women’s eye wear. Dita said it is guaranteed a minimum of $80,000 in sales by May.
The company said Max Division is projecting that the contract will produce more than the minimum $80,000 in sales because Japanese consumers have responded favorably during test-marketing of Dita products.
Dita said it hopes to sign similar distribution contracts for Britain, Australia and New Zealand within 60 days.
