Outlook: The Eagles were the class of their league last year and look to move into county dominance this season. Led by Murray, the Times Orange County’s cross-country athlete of the year last fall, they have the talent to challenge for a section title. Murray won the league and Southern Section Division II-A titles before finishing fifth at the state meet a year ago. Brandon Von Guenthner, 13th at the league meet last fall, is expected to be the team’s No. 2 runner. Caulfield and Tyson Von Guenthner give the Eagles one of the deepest teams in the county. Collins won the frosh/soph league title in the 1,600 meters in track last spring.
