Ogilvy & Mather Names CEO: Shelly Lazarus, who has been president of New York-based Ogilvy & Mather Worldwide for 10 months, was named chief executive of the huge advertising company, whose clients include IBM, Kodak and Kimberly-Clark. Lazarus, 48, succeeds Charlotte Beers, 61, as chief executive. Beers remains as chairman. The moves had been expected.
