Broadway Galleries Set Sept. 6 Openings

The Broadway Gallery Complex in Santa Monica will kick off the fall art season with a night of joint gallery openings on Sept. 6.
Participating galleries in the 6-9 p.m. event include the Ruth Bachofner Gallery, with new paintings by Matthew Thomas; the Mark Moore Gallery, showing paintings and works on paper by Tony Delap; and Tatischeff/Rogers Gallery, featuring a group show with gallery artists Hilary Brace, Willard Dixon, Hank Pitcher, Stephanie Sanchez and Adam Schnitzer.
Other shows include contemporary stone sculpture from Zimbabwe at the Barbara Ackerman Gallery; Duncan Regehr’s “Occasus” series at Sylvia White Contemporary Artists’ Services; and paintings by Sara Walsh and Yda Ziment at FIG--First Independent Gallery.
