Gallegly Needs a Reality Check

* Re: July 5 article, “Success Not a Matter of Degrees, Say Congressmen.” After five terms in Congress, Elton Gallegly blames his lack of a degree as the reason he needs “to stay up a bit later poring over congressional reports” and “ask a few more questions at hearings.”
I think Beltway Elton needs a reality check. If after 10 years on the job Gallegly is still struggling to keep up with his peers, maybe his lack of education isn’t the real problem.
