Hawkins Receives Credentials Services Post

Jerry G. Hawkins has been named vice president for marketing information systems for Credentials Services International in Orange, a credit report monitoring service for consumers. He joined the company from U.S. West, where he held management positions in product development, operations and direct marketing. Before that, Hawkins spent 10 years as manager with Pacific Bell. In addition, Mindy Belli was named database manager. She was previously with First Interstate Bank, where she had marketing research responsibilities in support of branch marketing and strategic planning.

* Karin Fechter-Kitts joined Pacific Gateway Homes in Aliso Viejo as director of finances. She was formerly division controller for Orange and Los Angeles counties for the Baldwin Co. Kitts has also held positions with the accounting firms of Saddington-Cacciamatta of Irvine and Kenneth Leventhal & Co. in Los Angeles.

* Victor Rice has been named chief technology officer for Simulation Sciences Inc. in Brea. He had been general manager of the company’s Rigorous On-line Modeling (ROM) business unit. Before joining Simulation Sciences, Rice spent six years with Litwin Process Automation, where he was manager of technology development.
