Catellus Residential Group Names Division Executive

* Paul T. Johnson has joined Catellus Residential Group in Irvine as vice president of project development in the community development division. Johnson was formerly vice president of operations for Pacific Gateway Homes in Aliso Viejo. He has also held management positions with Fieldstone Homes, Santa Margarita Co., Shea Homes and J.F. Davidson Associates. In addition, Bruce R. D’Eliscu was appointed vice president of project development, and Thomas T. Marshall was named vice president of land acquisition in the merchant housing division. D’Eliscu has held management positions with Southern California residential companies, including Ayres Homes, Premier Group Inc. and Warmington Homes. Marshall joins Catellus from the South Coast division of Greystone Homes, where he was vice president of land acquisition.

* John Winkelhaus has been named president of Santa Ana-based Ingram Micro Inc.’s European operations. Prior to his appointment, Winkelhaus was senior vice president of the Europe division, a position he has held since 1992. Ingram Micro is a wholesale distributor of microcomputer products.

* Larry Michaels has joined Irvine-based NU-Concepts in Travel as chief operating officer. Michaels previously served as chief executive for Sir Bentley Travel and Trip-N-Out.

* Christy Lusk has been appointed national sales manager for Santa Ana-based Winchell’s food products division, which markets bakery products through retail and wholesale distribution channels. Lusk has more than 13 years’ experience in the food service industry.

* Nicholas G. Prassas has joined John Nuveen & Co. Inc. in Irvine as vice president of the Western region municipal securities. Prassas was previously with Smith Barney as senior banker for the Western region, and before that, co-founded Prudential Securities’ California operations.

* James W. Bowers has joined Heitman Properties Ltd. as leasing manager for seven industrial parks in Orange County. He was formerly a director of the Irvine Co.’s investment properties group in Newport Beach.

* Michael P. Dwyer has been named principal and director of BDO Seidman LLP’s Southern California health-care advisory services practice. He will head the accounting and consulting firm’s Western regional expansion into the health-care industry. Dwyer will divide his time between the Costa Mesa and Century City offices. Dwyer previously headed up the health-care strategy practice for Los Angeles-based Kenneth Leventhal & Co.’s Healthcare Services Group.
