After Game 1 of the NBA finals drew a 16.7 rating, Game 2 slipped to a 13.9, giving NBC a two-game average of 15.3. That’s still higher than any other championship series after two games except for 1993, when the Chicago Bulls and Phoenix Suns had a 15.7 after two games.
Ratings for Sunday’s Game 3 will be available today.
