A top Naval Academy student accused of sexually assaulting four female midshipmen will face a disciplinary hearing rather than a court-martial, the academy said. Capt. Tom Jurkowsky, an academy spokesman, said in Annapolis, Md., that the charges against Midshipman 1st Class Scott T. Ward were not supported by enough evidence to justify a court-martial. Following the disciplinary hearing, the 21-year-old could face expulsion.
