Sunstone Sells Two Cypress Inn Hotels

SAN CLEMENTE — Sunstone Hotel Investors Inc. said Tuesday it has sold two Cypress Inn hotels in the Pacific Northwest for nearly $4 million.
The 70-room hotel in Everett, Wash., was sold for $2.2 million, while the 83-room Cypress Inn in downtown Portland, Ore., was sold for $1.75 million.
Sunstone Hotel Investors Inc. is a real estate investment trust that owns 16 hotels in the western U.S.
