ProSoft to Offer Net Training

BUENA PARK — ProSoft Development Inc. said Monday it plans to set up about 100 Internet training and resource centers nationwide as part of an agreement with Merisel Inc., a distributor of computer hardware and software products.

Under the agreement, ProSoft will provide a broad range of Internet courses, from entry-level instruction to the highest level of technical training, the companies said.

“This agreement demonstrates the growing need for a national, Internet-specific training resource to support the thousands of companies who need to . . . understand the power of Internet technologies to attain or maintain a competitive advantage,” ProSoft Chairman Keith Freadhoff said.
