Witnesses to Fatal Hit-and-Run Accident Sought

SANTA ANA — Police are seeking witnesses to a hit-and-run accident Tuesday night in which a 41-year-old Garden Grove bicyclist was killed.
Inocente Pacheco was riding his bicycle south across West 17th Street near Sydney Street when he was hit at 9:21 p.m. by a vehicle described only as a cream-colored car, police said. Pacheco died an hour later at UCI Medical Center in Orange.
