Pedestrian Hit by Car in Critical Condition

A 65-year-old Thousand Oaks man who was struck while crossing a street by a man driving a Nissan Sentra remains in critical but stable condition, officials at Los Robles Regional Medical Center said Wednesday.
Stephen McKibbin was crossing Moorpark Road near the Park Oaks shopping center about 8 p.m. Tuesday when Moses Amoghlian, 27, of Alhambra saw him in the road and applied his brakes, but too late.
Details of the accident are still under investigation, deputies said.
