Cleanup to Kick Off Tourism Week Events
Kicking off Oxnard’s Tourism Week, which runs May 5-11, tourism officials and other volunteers will turn out Saturday to clean up Oxnard State Beach.
Individuals interested in helping should meet in the beach parking lot at 8 a.m.
The cleanup will be followed by the Oxnard Tourism Bureau’s other activities to celebrate Tourism Week, including an employee seminar on customer service and an annual luncheon and awards presentation.
