Former City Clerk Is Back on the Job
Donna Velin, the city clerk who was hired away by the city of Orange last November, has been hired back.
Velin, 51, will replace Donna Teeter, who left earlier this month for personal reasons.
“We are glad to have you here,” Mayor Robert P. Wahlstrom told Velin after the council voted unanimously to reappoint her Monday night.
“I am happy to be back. It’s a wonderful city,” Velin said Wednesday. “It’s almost like I hadn’t been gone.”
