. . . About 2,000 Vietnamese Americans celebrated the Year of the Tiger during a Tet festival at Santa Ana’s Centennial Regional Park.
It also marked a decade in Orange County for the Vietnamese community. A spokesman for Gov. George Deukmejian told the crowd: “In the face of adversity, you have made great achievements.”
