2 Lawyers to Form Entertainment Firm
Entertainment industry lawyers David Colden and Joel McKuin are leaving the Beverly Hills firm of Weissmann, Wolff, Bergman, Coleman & Silverman to form their own firm representing film and TV talent.
The new firm will be called Colden & McKuin and is expected to open in the next few weeks in Beverly Hills.
Colden’s clients include “The Pelican Brief” director Alan Pakula, “Ace Ventura: When Nature Calls” director Steve Oedekerk, “The Flintstones” director Brian Levant, and Pieter Jan Brugge, one of the executive producers of “Heat.”
Before joining the Weissmann Wolff firm, Colden worked for the now-defunct Kaplan, Livingston, Goodwin, Berkowitz & Selvin. McKuin was with Mitchell, Silberberg & Knupp.
