No Place Like Home: More than 120 exhibitors with products and services aimed at entrepreneurs will participate in the Entrepreneur Expo on Saturday and Sunday at the Fairflex compound in Pomona. Produced by Denver-based S.C. Promotions, the Entrepreneur Expo makes appearances in 36 cities nationwide. The show will return to Southern California in February at the Anaheim Convention Center, in late spring at the Long Beach Convention Center and in summer at the Los Angeles Convention Center. Because of increasing interest in running companies out of the home, more exhibitors this year--about 60%--will feature home-based business opportunities and products. The fastest-growing home businesses are cleaning services, computer consultants and programmers, and executive search firms, according to promoters.
