Frank Sinatra, who continually acknowledges composers, arrangers and musicians with class and avid appreciation, must have cringed at his daughter Nancy on “Larry King Live” Dec. 9.
Not only could she not recall the songwriters of her two big hits, “These Boots Were Made for Walking” and “Something Stupid,” but later, when King asked how she’d account for her recent recording failures, Ms. Sinatra shrugged and said, “Probably bad songs.”
