Incomnet Discussing NTC Incentive Program
Incomnet Inc. is in discussions with senior management at its subsidiary, National Telephone & Communications Inc., about an incentive program that might result in turning NTC into a separate public company.
Also, Incomnet’s stock jumped about 25% on Friday after the company’s listing on the Nasdaq market was reaffirmed. In October, Nasdaq told Incomnet that its stock listing might be pulled.
But Incomnet said Nasdaq decided to keep the listing after Incomnet appointed Melvyn Reznick as its new chief executive, replacing Sam Schwartz in that post.
Incomnet, based in Woodland Hills, resells long-distance phone services.
