CET Buys Water-Treatment Company

TUSTIN — CET Environmental Services Inc. said Wednesday that it has purchased Environmental Technicians Inc., a privately held water-treatment company in Georgetown, Colo., for stock. Environmental Technicians, established in 1987, has 20 employees and annual revenue of $1.1 million. Tustin-based CET, which is involved in various environmental remediation activities, has 14 offices nationwide.
