Today marks the return of The Times’ Washington Edition, a 24-page streamlined version of the paper produced Monday through Friday just for our East Coast readers.
After discontinuing the edition this summer, it became clear to us that the Washington Edition, with its range of coverage and viewpoints, had added quite a bit to the national dialogue.
We heard from many of you. In fact, reaction from our readers was overwhelming. We learned that many people depended on the edition to keep abreast of developments in California as well as national and foreign news.
We are very pleased to be able, once again, to provide you with this important West Coast voice, and look forward to serving you in the future.
