Agoura Hills : Councilman to Be Sworn, Mayor Named
- Share via
Newly elected Agoura Hills City Councilman Dan Kuperberg will be sworn in Dec. 4 at the council’s annual reorganization.
The council will also choose a new mayor and mayor pro tem to succeed Mayor Louise Rishoff and Mayor Pro Tem Ed Corridori.
Traditionally, the mayor pro tem has been named mayor under a rotation system based on who got the most votes in previous elections. The positions are largely ceremonial.
Under that system, Corridori, who had the most votes in the 1993 election, would be named mayor. The council will vote on the selection as part of the reorganization proceedings.
The meeting begins at 7 p.m. at the Radisson Hotel, 30100 Agoura Road.
