* Re “Southland Mail Service Gets High Grades in Test,” Oct. 4:
I wish that Price Waterhouse would come around and interview me about mail service. I run a nonprofit organization that mails upwards of 750 letters, newsletters and flyers to members all over the country. Although I know “bulk” mail normally takes longer, what would you consider 11- to 25-day delivery time within 20 miles of the post office where mailed, and how about 30 to 35 days to the East Coast? We can’t afford first-class mail, but pretty soon we will have to raise our dues just to communicate with the members.
