N/CT Partners: The Irvine joint venture has won a contract from the federal government to manage $40 million worth of commercial property in six Western states. The Resolution Trust Corp., the federal agency that liquidates failed thrifts, awarded the contract to the company, which is a joint venture between Nevander Asset Management Inc. and CT Realty, both in Irvine. About half the 46 office buildings are in California, said Neville Anderson, Nevander’s chairman. Under the contract, N/CT Partners is expected to manage and eventually sell the properties.
