Central : GARDEN GROVE : Mixed-Use Zoning May Be Introduced
- Share via
The City Council is encouraging residents and business owners to share their thoughts on a proposed update to the city’s General Plan at meetings Tuesday and Oct. 24.
The meetings, which begin at 7 p.m. at the Garden Grove Community Meeting Center, are intended to give residents a chance to review changes to the city’s plan for land use.
The most significant change, according to Urban Planner Karl Hill, is the introduction of mixed-use zoning to allow a combination of residential and commercial property in undeveloped areas.
Copies of the plan are available at City Hall and at local libraries.
