New Senior Vice President for Mission First Financial

Ashraf T. Dajani has joined Mission First Financial in Irvine, the capital and financial services subsidiary of SCEcorp, as senior vice president. His primary responsibilities include the energy services activities of its Mission Integrated Energy Services subsidiary, and providing technical oversight to the energy and infrastructure investment and capital market activities of the company. Before joining Mission First, Dajani was with the Burns & Roe Group of Cos., an engineering design firm, for 25 years, most recently as senior vice president and chief operating officer.
* California Hardware Co. has named Paul A. Fox as president and chief executive.
Fox, who also joins the company’s board of directors, was previously vice president of logistics development for Skyway Freight Systems Inc., a unit of Union Pacific Corp. in Watsonville, Calif. California Hardware, based in City of Industry, is the oldest independent distributor and wholesaler of hardware products in the West.
* E. Stevenson Belcher has been named managing director and executive vice president of Trammell Crow Co.’s Southern California division, based in City of Commerce.
Belcher, who was in charge of the company’s Oklahoma City office, will be responsible for a wide array of real estate services.
