Two Orange County golfers, Amy Bubon of Westminster and Sue Ewart of Seal Beach, qualified for match play at the U.S. Women’s Mid-Amateur championship in Manchester, Mass. Akemi Nakata of Newport Beach will continue a four-way playoff today for the final spot in the 64-player field. An 18-hole final is scheduled Saturday.
