Television: Viacom Inc. said it acquired two stations from Combined Broadcasting Inc. for $165 million, bringing to 11 the number of stations owned by Viacom’s Paramount Television Group. The acquired stations, WGBS-TV in Philadelphia and WBFS-TV in Miami, are affiliates of United Paramount Network, a year-old venture between Viacom and Chris-Craft Industries Inc. Paramount Television Group now reaches more than 17% of all U.S. television households.
