(NR) Marlon Brando in one of his most memorable roles, as a barely verbal pug with a good heart and more morals than just about anybody else on the waterfront. Well, his girlfriend (Eva Marie Saint) is also pretty nice, but his mob-tied brother (Rod Steiger) isn’t. The 1954 movie was directed by Elia Kazan.
