Nona Morelli’s II Inc.: The Irvine leisure and entertainment company said that a state court in Colorado Springs, Colo., dismissed the last of three allegations against its chairman and chief executive, Fred G. Luke. He had been accused in February of making false statements in an application for a gaming license in Colorado. The Irvine company, which at one point planned to build a casino, withdrew its application in November.
Nona Morelli’s said the court ruled that the Colorado Division of Gaming failed to present sufficient evidence to support its allegations against Luke. In July, the court dismissed the other two allegations.
