AND A LONG GOODBYE

So sad to note that Charles Champlin is retiring from the “Criminal Pursuits” column in Book Review. For several years I have relied on his advice for reading material. I can’t say I have ever been disappointed, and it has saved me time and money. Thanks to Mr. Champlin I have been introduced to authors Cornwell, Block, Grafton, Kellerman, Mosley, and so many others. It was so simple, just clip and save the column and drive to my favorite bookstore. Mr. Champlin’s section will be a dearly missed Sunday feature.
