Heinz Chairman Boosts Holding in Company: Anthony J. F. O’Reilly, chairman, president and chief executive of H. J. Heinz Co., has increased his stake in the company by more than 20%, Heinz announced. The food-processing company, citing statements filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission, said that through several transactions O’Reilly increased his investment by 719,616 shares, valued at about $32.5 million based on current market prices. O’Reilly now owns a little more than 4 million shares of the Pittsburgh-based company--valued at about $180 million--making him Heinz’s largest individual shareholder.
