STANTON : Panel on Mobile Home Rent Dispute Weighed

The City Council will attempt again tonight to establish a committee to mediate an ongoing rent dispute between tenants and the owner of the Katella Mobile Home Estates.
The council failed to pass the bylaws and mission statements of the Mobile Home Advisory Committee in May because council members could not agree on the composition of the committee.
But since then, residents have complained to council members that conditions in the city’s largest mobile home park have worsened.
