VAN NUYS : Prominent Lawyer Named to Defend Erik Menendez

Barry Levin, one of Los Angeles’ leading criminal defense lawyers, was appointed Wednesday to the Menendez brothers’ murder case.
Levin, 48, will assist Leslie Abramson in defending Erik Menendez, the younger of the Beverly Hills brothers accused of murder in the 1989 shotgun slayings of their wealthy parents.
