GREENVILLE, Tex. — An 18-year-old honor student was charged with calling in a bomb threat at a school as part of a hoax meant to resemble the Oklahoma City terror bombing.
Peter Koh, suspected in the May 16 bomb threat at a Ft. Worth school, was arrested about 50 miles east of Dallas. He had not been seen since May 18. His father said his son had been distraught over losing his study materials for a calculus exam.
More than 40 people were evacuated twice after a caller said a truck bomb was beside the building, then called back and said a bomb was inside the building. A rental truck that had been parked near the building contained 40 sacks of concrete and pieces of wire.
