Paragon Cable will televise the Westminster School District’s third annual variety show on Channel 40 through the end of the month, a district spokeswoman said.
Organized by the district’s Foundation for Educational Excellence, the two-hour “Music, Madness and Memories” show was taped in late April. It featured more than 60 parents, teachers and staff members, district spokeswoman Audrey Brown said.
Paragon Cable will air the show at 3 p.m. Thursday , 2:30 p.m. Sunday , 8:30 p.m. May 20, 2:30 p.m. May 21 and 3 p.m. May 25. Videotapes are also available through Monday at the foundation office at 15151 Temple St. The tapes are $10 each, Brown said.
The fund-raiser generated $5,000 for the foundation, money that will be used to pay for mini-grants designed to aid special classroom learning projects, Brown said.
