Trash Stops Where the View Doesn’t

Trash, trash, trash! I live in the high desert town of Palmdale. The wind blows a lot there. Big name shopping centers like Albertson’s, Luckys, Smith’s, etc., think that as long as trash blows off their property it’s OK. Someone else will pick it up. Funny thing! No one is picking it up.
When you drive up to see the poppies, you can also thank your local shopping centers in Palmdale and Lancaster for the beautiful view of the plastic bags sticking in the trees and in the open fields.
