Fan Puts Up a Curtain for Montana Hosannas

With the retirement of Joe Montana, it’s important to remember that Montana only tied the record of four Super Bowl victories that was set by Terry Bradshaw and the Pittsburgh Steelers. Bradshaw needed only six years to do it, compared to eight years for Montana.

Let’s not forget that a sportswriter poll a couple of years ago ranked the 1978-79 Steelers as the best football team of all time. They were followed by the ’72 Dolphins, ’85 Bears and then a Montana-led 49er team.
