Marine National Bank Elects Board Member
* Steven J. Weber has been elected to the board of directors of Marine National Bank in Irvine. Weber is vice president and chief investment officer of Arnel Development Co. and president of Arnel Capital Advisors.
* Joseph B. Inge, vice president and senior client manager at Johnson & Higgins of California, has also been appointed client management-practice leader for the Costa Mesa branch. In addition to his duties as vice president, he is now responsible for overall client satisfaction, including the development and oversight of quality teams for the insurance broker. Inge joined Johnson & Higgins in 1986 as an account executive and was later sales coordinator and unit manager in the Los Angeles office.
* John J. Cahill has joined the board of Micro General Corp., a Santa Ana manufacturer of shipping and mailing equipment, increasing the number of directors to five. Cahill was president and chief executive of Rockaway Corp. in Rockaway, N.J., before its acquisition in 1988 by Ascom-Hasler.
* David Gilbert has been appointed vice president of engineering and construction for Insco-Dico Group, an Irvine insurance company. He will address outstanding bond issues and provide the claims department with technical assistance. Before joining the company, Gilbert was off-site purchasing and project manager for Sterling Builders Inc.
* Timothy Marzonie has joined Bozell Worldwide Advertising as a partner and Western region manager for the agency’s Chrysler-Plymouth Dealer Advertising Assn. operations. Based in the Costa Mesa office, Marzonie will oversee eight Bozell field offices. He was previously management supervisor at Chiat/Day in Venice, Calif.
