PairGain Technologies Inc.: The Tustin telecommunications company said Tuesday that it has completed a public offering that raised nearly $1.2 million for working capital and other corporate purposes. The company said it offered 500,000 of the shares and that selling stockholders sold 2,775,000 shares. The shares were priced at $23.625 a share.
