NCAA Reportedly Investigates Stoudamire, Agent

HOUSTON — The NCAA is investigating alleged links between Arizona point guard Damon Stoudamire and a Newport Beach sports agent, the Houston Chronicle reported.
The investigation is part of an NCAA effort to scrutinize the activities of agent Steve Feldman, according to a source familiar with the case.
The NCAA has records indicating that Feldman purchased a plane ticket for Stoudamire’s father, Willie, last month to travel from his Portland home to Los Angeles, when Arizona played at USC and UCLA.
That could be a violation that could end Stoudamire’s eligibility.
Willie Stoudamire denied knowing Feldman.
