Ex-Schools Executive Part of Consulting Partnership
A former personnel executive for the Ventura Unified School District and a former senior counsel at USC have formed a consulting partnership to help employers in Ventura and Santa Barbara counties deal with personnel and human resource problems.
Eileen Bram, who was the Ventura schools’ assistant director for classified personnel before becoming director of employee relations and placement at USC, is a principal in the new firm, Calabasas-based Personnel Management Experts.
Her partner, Judith A. Williams, is a former senior university counsel at USC, where she handled employment-related legal matters. She has also been a field attorney for the National Labor Relations Board.
In addition to training managers to work effectively with employees, the new firm will help clients develop policies and procedures, offer dispute resolution, and conduct seminars on sexual harassment, the Americans with Disabilities Act, discrimination and wage-and-hour laws.
